yea that was accidental.. somebody was showing off reving the **** out of your car,, while engine was cold..

i can see it now,,

hey guys check this **** out,,,, 5mins of full throttle rev limit,,, they probably thought bouncing off the rev limit over and over was the 2 step LOL

good luck.. they are going to deny it, I would contact a lawyer ,, cost you money initially, but a good one will help you out.

Well if the guy had any brains what so ever he would have TURNED THE CAR OFF WITH THE KEY... I cant see that happening from reving the car.. sounds very shady..

Good Luck

I'd guess this court battle will turn into an unfortunate situation for the mitsu. The fact that you were able to drive the car home, running correctly or not, will hurt your case. All they will say is that it was fine when it left the lot. Where's Johnny Cochran when you need him. GL

Lol... thats bad.... Could be worse tho..

example : Going to get tuned after i had just put my brand new ETS 3 inch IC, new FP green...

get to the tuning shop ( NO NAMES) and i pull the car around to the back wehre the dyno is..

tuner gets in the car.... and goes to pull it up on the dyno via ramps...

TOTALLY misses the ramps and ends up slamming my front bumper into the corner of the ramp... not only jacking up my front bumper... but DENTING my 4 day old IC!!!!!!!

Don't think for a second that some A-hole wouldnt take your car out & beat on it because it had the spare on it. I'd put money on it being a missed shift while joyriding.

Wow....The ceramic did break off and bounced around inside the cyl and then exited thru the turbo so most likely the turbine blades are damaged also. This is not a good situation. I wish you well and hope you come out ahead.

I will say the only thing that looks bad on you is that you took the car home and changed the plugs. I would have taking it to the shop and left it there the moment I inspected those plugs. good luck.

I would have never even taken posession of the car either as soon as I stated it there I would have known and put them at fault then and there.

Called a lawyer and had it towed to a shop for documented diagnosis. At that point there isnt a damn leg for them to stand on

Good luck with your case man this could turn out to be very expensive for you
