Tune (big jumps in timing between cells), Plugs, wires. Possibly that clutch causing excess chatter and being picked up by the ECU

well the only mods i have are a catback, k&n drop in, no tune, and it did it with the stock clutch too. changed the plugs at 60k, and it still happens. haven't changed the plug wires though. when do you suggest doing that?

The wires are pretty stout man I have 100k on my car I changed them once just to be proactive but they were fine. You can ohm the 2 out there is a spec in the shop manual.

Could possibly be the input shaft. That is a lot of miles.
If your wires have more than 19k Ohms they need to be replaced according to the manual.
