Cam Choice with Large Turbine

Hey All.

Im looking at putting a Trust T67 8cm turbo onto my car. Now these turbos are a little laggy (4300~4500rpm full boost), and I was wondering, if anyone can recommend a camshaft package that will impove responce and mid-range (As I do alot of circuit).

Ive been thinking along the lines of a set of JUN 264's or JUN 272's, maybe even some Cosworth M2's.

This is on a Evo 8 with stock bottom end, Stock redline, I will have headwork done at the same time, and Intercooler, full piping kit, full 80mm exhaust system.

Regards,
Alex

Get the bst cams out, that happen to be made in your home land.

Kelford Cams

If I was you I would go with the big 272s or the 280/272 combo.

^i gotta agree with this guy, HKS cams are mild compared to alot of the cams out there in the market today. Go with Kelford.

I took the decision of going with Tomei Procams 280 for my HTA35R. As other options I would say GSC S2, Kelford. There was a nice review made by AMS, check it out: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...highlight=cams
