as i begin to drive the car the car will run fine rev fine, yet when i go it will run just fine till about 20 mph or 2k rpm, the it starts to sputter and stutter as it is trying to go but cant.

 

What is the vaccum at idle? Sounds like an IC pipe came off.

 

i checked the incooler piping..it is good and the vacuum is about 20 or so at idle..

im thinking it is the 02 sensor or the TPS

 

well as i looked even further into the engine bay i found the problem...your right the lower intercooler piping came off...thanks bro for all your head and getting my head back in the game...ill post a reply as i go and re-attach

LOL, sometimes its real hard to tell if the pipe is all the way off, even a part of the way will give you a big headache.
