I know that not a single soul showed any intrest but if buscher or anyone could take a look at my idea I am open to ANY criticizim, negative or positive..I think it's a great idea with the only downfall being that you must bleed the acd..

 

Indy, now that just isn't right, posting the parts on here before I even get to see them! WTF?! haha

They look great.

The EVO8-9 isn't as effected by the fan coming on and off and messing up the MAF, like the EVO X is. This part is not needed on the EVO8-9 but there was some interest so we decided to have Indy do some that would fit. This will keep the hot fan from blowing directly into the filter and for some guys with water getting in the filters from openings in the hood, this will keep the water out of the filter.

Petey, I built what you posted about. The problem is the cars with HIDs' won't allow a 3" pipe to pass through there either. Even a 3" is a very tight fit without HID's and ACD. That is why I didn't mass produce them.

 

I'm really glad this was made and I get to have it. It sucks when my car is getting rained on and it goes directly on the filter. Yes we know this isn't going to add +30 HP, but anything and everything helps, so I'm going to aim it towards the bottom in the direction of the airdam so it acts much like a scoop for fresh air all the while it looks nice and matching all the CF I have on the car already .

What's important here, or at least to me, is not the fact they Indy made something for me or something I wanted and wish I could have, David can also vouch for this when I saw the X, but the fact that the guys a Buschur are listening and are whiling to develop parts for customers based upon recommendations and request. Like what Petey asked for, he had no idea someone made it, and David has already tried it, so now people can see, if there's a demand then the guys at Buschur can make it happen. The team does a good job making sure everyone leaves content, and now I see my trip to Ohio was even more worth it then I thought!

 

We need to chip in and buy Indy a better camera that shows off his skills more effectively! I saw the EvoX CF shields at the shootout and they are awesome looking. I can only assume these will be just as good!!


ps. hi Jim - what part do you have up your sleeve to get me into the 9's? And don't tell me you have Trent or Kevin up your sleeve...your shirt isn't that big!!!
