Sounds good but will it work?

I have a simple question for the experienced Evoest. Here is the background....Im trying to make a simple build, not huge amount of power but something that can kick a$$ on the street and the track. I have 2 kids so i dont have a lot of money to throw at my 2003 Evo 8 GSR. Im kinda lucky that my wife enjoys cars just as much as i do so shes "letting me" throw down some money im making from Iraq. Ive done a lot of research from magazines to the internet while im here in Iraq so i can make the right options on parts. Agian, im not looking for huge power rather than quality parts that will keep me on the road and track longer. Here is what i have so far:
Greddy Type RS blow off valve
Greddy turbo timer
Turbo XS upper intake and lower intercooler piping
K&N short intake
Battery relocation kit
Walbro 255 pump
Oil catch can
Tein Mono Flex dampers,
Hallman manual boost controller
Greddy boost, air/fuel, oil temp gauges
Exedy twin carbon clutch
Transmission/AWD rebuild (it was messed up when i got it)
All sound deading material and trunk has been torn out

Here is what i have planned:
RSR turbo back exhaust
Full Race manifold (stock turbo)
Invidia O2 housing
Brian Crower 272 cams
Fidanza cam gears
Innovate LC1 wide band O2
Apexi Power FC w/ Jetro and electronic boost controller
Forge wastegate actuator
Perrin fuel rail
Bosch 650cc injectors
Intercooler (dont know what kind yet)

Its a pretty basic build but thats about it besides cf hood, tail lights, rims, and stuff like that. I just want to see if someone has this type of setup and how it works for them. What kind of boost r u running? What kind of problems with the setup? Am i missing something? Hopefully i didnt forget to add something.....thanx for looking!

I can appreciate not having all the money in the world to throw down on a car. Car forums are generally dominated by threads about people dropping $20K into a car that they don't have, or someone else is giving them. With that in mind, I'd make the following changes to your list:

1. The RSR exhaust is fine, but you can get equal power and quality for less price from ETS, buschur, etc.

2. FR manifold is nice looking and is considered the best, the the price to hp benefit is not very good. Have PPI or buschur port the stock manifold. That is way more cost effective.

3. Ditch the BC cams and go for GSC S1s(preferred), or HKS 272 (preferred) . BC cams generally make the least power of any cams i've seen on the forum.

4. LC-1 is a great unit, but you won't really need it unless your doing your own tuning. Otherwise, your tuner can just use a wb that connects to your tailpipe. IF you don't have a catless downpipe, it will work fine for tuning purposes.

5. Fuel rail is not necessary at this point.

6. I would go with larger injectors if you plan to mod the car more further down the road.
