Alright so I plan on getting my 5spd built from shep and I have available 6spd mr trans. I was wondering what other components do I need to run that trans in my car?

My car is 03 evo8 Non acd

 

umm as i know you will need the shifter cables, shifter mount, 6 speed panel cover for interior, and 6 speed mounts

does this mean that a 5 speed trans from a evo 8 will fit my evo 9 i am selling my 6 speed to buy a 5 speed for my 06 IX thanks guys.

 

If you are having shep build it, the last one I did, came with everything to do the swap. Just call him up and tell him what you are doing, and he will ship what you need with it....... it worked out very very well.... he even included the mount......
