My GT4088 set up fabrication (pictures inside)

Well here goes my new set up;

The car has 19.000 km and the engine about 2000km since the rebuild

Wiseco pistons
Pauter Rods
HKS head gasket
Ferrea 1mm+ valves
titanium retainers
springs
Kelford 280
HKS cam gears
GT4088 turbo
-12AN fuel line
3 12bar pumps
Aeromotive FPR
1600CC Bosch injectors
AEM EMS UEGO
AEM Wideband gauge
Apexi gauges
Apexi AVC-R
Running on Ethanol
Radiator, A/C, and power steering on stock place.

Exhaust header with dual WG, Intercooler, 3'' intercooler pipes, radiator, 3,5'' downpipe and 3,5'' turbo back exhaust are all custom made by
G&R Drag Racing (www.grdragracing.com)

Clean install! Header looks like a pain to put together, but nice work! Can't wait to see the time slip. What are you using for fuel?

Thanks for the review, I'm using pump ethanol. We have it in every station here in Brazil.

What kind of feedback do you need ???
The manifold has 2'' tubes, and is custom made, with 2 46mm Wastegate one on each side, the filter tube is 4,5'' with a K&N on it.

No numbers until today. We still need to put the downpipe and exhaust together. We still producing them inhouse, the muffler will be 8'' with 4,5'' tip.

If you need any aditional info or photos, feel free to ask.

I guessing that Jeff doesnt like the welded look of the manifold.


Some people buy parts and others build their own...... Im a huge fan of custom work. Im sure it will work out in the end for you.
