Throttle Body Question

Is there any difference between 03 and 05 throttle body? Will either sensor work on one of those body? I think mine is SOL because I can't extract that damn BISS screw out that that crap hole!!!

all evo 8-9 throttle bodies are interchangeable.

The '03/'04 throttle bodies are different than the '05/'06 units.

Also, we have been noticing that more than a few BISS screws have begun to disintegrate. We know replace ALL BISS screws in MIL.SPEC 65mm Throttle Bodies.

They are physically different but interchangeable correct. I thought i read that on your thread about core exchanges.

Can the BISS screw be melt with candle or torche since it's disintegrate inside the hole?

That was probably written by Aby, and he's much smarter than me

I had a few beers at lunch, so, umm....yeah

But here is how much some of the BISS screws we've seen have degenerated, along with the brand new screw (in middle) that we'll be replacing them with.
