evo VIII ECU on evo IX motor???
hey everyone. my 04 evo's engine blew. rod bearing went, not sure what other damage yet but if it is not easily fixable, i might just but an oem evo IX crate motor from lancershop.com. i was only wondering one thing. since the evo IX motors have mivec, will my evo VIII's ecu work with this engine? if not what would i have to do to get it to work or where can i get an oem IX ecu. Thank you.
