Redline in Trans and T/C

I'm about to change my fluids i have shep stage 1 trans and stage 2 t/c. Im going to put redline heavy shockproof in the t/c and 2 qts. mt-90 1qt MTL in trans. wanted everyones input on this to make sure its a good choice. I know everyone has different opinions on this but just seeing what everyone says.

would it be ok to put Heavy weight shockproof in a non shepard ACD TC.
agent don't have stock of Diaqueen fluid and need to find an alternative.
