boost flutter

my boost gauge is moving rapidly within about 3psi when doing a pull at WOT. I understand i need to do a boost leak test which i will do tommorow.

my question is..

Can anything else cause a boost flutter??? (i.e. wastegate) my boost is ecu controled

Mine does the same thing at high boost but stays rock solid at 20psi. I've done boost leak tests and they are solid to 28psi. I too am using ECU based boost control with the GM3PORT. Car runs great just the boost gauge that acts retarded.

wastegate can cause it but that doesnt mean its bad also if you messed with anything or replaced any of the stock lines
