Is the MAF being used with the AEM or not? If it is, just plug the factory ecu back in. If it isnt you'll need to install the stock intake with the MAF. Plug in the ecu and plug the MAF. If everything else is stock you should be fine. If you have other modifications it may not run well until its reflashed.

 

the maf sensor and the wire and the plug was gone.it was cut off when i had the ems put on,

 

I take it you did speed density in which case youll also need the stock map sensor. Ask around and Im sure youll find people that have those parts for sale.
