In-car Hallman boost controller question!

I was wondering if there were any side effects of installing my Hallman MBC in the cabin by using longer vacuum lines instead of using their cockpit kit. BTW, I have used their cockpit kit and I don't like it due to the fact that the cable always gets stuck.

I'm almost certain that there wouldn't be a problem because it's just like routing vacuum lines into the cabin for a boost gauge. The only 2 questions I have are:

Will the boost response be slower? and...will I have to redial-in my boost due to longer lines?

Yeah The boost response will be slower, considerably. My lines are only about 2 feet total maybe just over I have it mounted really close to the intake boot. There will be a slight delay. You want to keep the lines as short as possible. but you want to keep the controller in a position that is easily adjustable. I use a hallman and It takes only about 5 min to dial it in and once its set you usually don't have to mess with it. i Drew a line on it with a sharpie and use the lines so I know where I have my two presets. One is for cool and one is for summer conditions. I just moved it to the cool condition setting. Its pretty reliable and I don't see why you would want it cabin adjustable. If you don't want max boost don't put your foot down so far. I figure If I am going to go WOT its because I want the car to move as fast as it can So I always keep it tuned for 24PSI what.
