I just sent my xede back to vishnu for a swap to the new software and plug n play harness. Is anyone out there running the xede with the new boost mapping and plug n play harness? If so what have you seen as difference between old and new. On the Vishnu site they talk about taking a brass fitting out of your line, has anyone done this? Thanks for the help......

 

I've been running it for over a week now (including removing the restrictor). The new boost mapping is awesome. The pull to redline is just smooth and linear. Also, Shiv's boost mapping has really removed the lumpy nature of the stock Evo peaky midrange. The tendancy to rise to peak boost and then surge under normal driving is lessened, but when you put your foot to the carpet, it pulls like mad. Very strong.
