with a built bottom end and a gt35r you have a mean racing machine! thats the way im going. with 1200cc, double pumper, gsc 280 cams with dual valve springs and retainers, and of course a buschur built bottom end.
the turbo may take a minute to spool but i have all the way till 9000rpms to run it.
Get a ride in people cars who 1. has the 30r kit, 2. has a fpred, and 3. has a gt35r.
decide which you like better. pay close attention to how it drives and make your decision from there. enjoy your bigger turbo

One of the main questions is do you want to buy a full turbo kit, or would you prefer a bolt on setup? If you want bolt on, the FP Red is your best choice. If you dont mind a full kit and you want 600+hp(race fuel) get the GT35R.

MY VOTE is the 30r. I run a ams 3076 kit with kelfords and and springs retainers and my car rocks the e-85 and it runs on the streets like am doing autocross events, amazing turbo and i love it, am almost 500whp with the e85 and its amazing very great balance and provides track and street response. This is a must am not a big fan of the bigger better unless ur rockin a stroker, the balance of a 30r or red is a good 2.0 turbo for the street and corners. But of course its all about the finances and location even on pump gas, its great but with power there comes yearning for more for some people and if you are set for a certain range then the greens or reds are great but with a kit you can always swap out the turbo and put a 35r or 850r or even 37r and make it Hta the combination is endless. But for me the 30r is great and can keep up with a lot of 35r's that are slapped on with not much all around support like cams, block and clutch etc......... So read and get a feel for what floats your boat but 30r is where my VOTE is.
