ok so i've been postin on issues with boost leaks, and proper testing procedures...and an air leak threw exhaust bolt....

ok so i'm trying to put all these things together...

also onte, appears to be carbon buildup(black soot) on wastegate..wierd thing is...its on side facing radiator...so idk wtf thats about...maybe its always been there....

now to my question...

doin boost leak test, i sprayed on my manifold bolts and noticed air leaks at the bolts....one bolt had two washers..after removing one washer, that went away.

now, charging the cold side of a turbo, i found it wierd to see the air at the exhaust port bolt...unless...would it be possible i have a leak between cold and hot side on the turbo itself.

however if that was the case, air would go straight out the exhaust threw 02 housing!?
