transmission problems

I find it hard to switch gears sometimes. I have to keep trying to get into a gear. It's not one specific gear, it's all the gears and it's not all the time. Like when I'm stopped at a light or something, I have to push extra hard to get into first. It's like that with pretty much all the gears, reverse included. Reverse even grinds when I try getting it into gear. My questions are: Will a transmission fluid change fix this? If not could it just be the clutch? if not Is it something with the transmission? like the syncros or something? if so Will the Bushwacker Stage 1 Evolution Transmission Upgrade fix this problem? https://secure.buschurracing.com/cat...oducts_id=1019 Will this upgrade make my transmission like new? Anyone have this upgrade?? I know I asked a lot of questions just try bearing with me here.

almost sounds like a clutch adjustment issue

I would think it's the clutch as well. Mine didn't want to go into gear unless I was rolling. Pedal just needed to be adjusted.

Just go into the How-To section and do a search for clutch pedal adjustment. I'll almost guarantee that's the problem.

I had trouble getting into 1st from a stop when I got my Evo new (it is an MR but I doubt it matters) and I adjusted the pedal and it fixed it all up

Mine problem started after I had my Exedy Twin Disc HD clutch put in. I thought they did something wrong on the install but it turned out to be the clutch pedal adjustment.

when i 2step, my car actually jumps forward a little and starts to roll, would that be my clutch as well? when i got the act installed, the release point was very low, but now its high to where i can just tap the pedal.... would pedal adjustment fix this? any ideas?

Try adjusting, if that doesnt work, your clutch is on its way out...
