nope. My boost controller is bolted to my koyo and has reinforced fuel line as vacuum line. Im stumped as well.
* Hallman Manual Boost Controller *
Just to add. The boost controller was never unhooked. Just unbolted from the koyo and placed out of the way. Only have one line running to the WG so cant mess that up. lol

The only leak i found while testing it. It was a throttle body leak (internal) and only started to leak after 20psi. That leak must've been present before I started with swapping out turbo's since UICP wasn't touched during removal and install all 4 times!!!!!!! AHHHH!

^^ ya and its been like that for 2+ years now. Bottom line is fed from boost source, line on the side goes right to the WG. No way to get them confused. Also is impossible to mount the boost controller in the wrong way due to how tight the location is.

I forget exactly where now (its been installed for awhile now) I wanna guess back and say "Teed" off the line above my thermostat housing??? Its raining out so I dont wanna go double check where, but it hasnt moved for a while. Lets say the boost controller was unhooked, wouldnt it still run WG boost? Im so lost, cuz the only thing diff from the day i boosted it to the shop is the center section!!! Makes ZERO sense!
Alot of turbos will have a fitting tapped into the compressor housing to source boost. This would explain no boosting but it would have surely been seen in the boost leak test

Ya this precision housing does not have one. I am drawing a blank as to where it is, but its been wherever it is for years and working the day i installed it until 2 days ago. Thanks for the efforts of all the members on here though!
Keep all ideas coming.

All the problems and diagnosis makes me still think the problem is hotside not coldside.
Are you a speed density user? I mean as a really stupid check you could just take off the intake tube and start the car see if the turbo spins at all.
Edit:
This is a really dumb question but is the turbo center you used have the same hotside A/R as the one you replaced it with?

Not speed density. Yes i had the intake off and watched the turbo spin on idle. When i rev it, it would spin faster. The center is from a 60 a/r -- .63 exhaust, which is the same as mine.
