We've seen half a dozen megan/ebay 02 housings cause creep, the solid fix was always a better 02 housing or seeing if the WG hole can be ported enough without compromising the unit...
Yea I was thinking that but was really hoping the rod adjustment would help a lil

Thanks for everyones help. I will be pulling it off during Thanksgiving. I e-mailed megan to see about warranty but if not does anyone have advice on exactly what/ how much to port.

I do not have a grinder only an electric drill

There is a thread about porting the O2 Hsgs. Maybe someone will post the link. Otherwise, I kind of recall something about grinding the existing hole out to about the diameter of a golf ball.

You may be able to do it with the proper grinding bits for your drill. I did some of the porting on my turbine housing with my 18 volt portable drill.

Lol I talked to Megan Racing and they told me there was no way there o2 housing was the cause. They said I needed an electric boost controller and that it was creeping because I had the resonated test pipe.

Time to start porting

I like how Megan Racing is avoiding the issue by blaming another part. An electronic boost control will work, but that's just a bandaid. Port the **** then lets see some boost graph comparisons.

I think I am going to put on the stock o2 housing until I buy an o2 dump. The stock housing will fix the boost creep, correct?

you could just buy a dremel tool for around $30-40 and just make the hole a bit bigger. that way you do not need to put the stock o2 housing back or get a new o2 housing.

Boost creep is when the WG opens due to pressure on the turbine as it looses efficiency with increasing pumping rates (higher rpm). Boost will drop. You can tighten the WGA to hold it more but it will spike at lower RPM and engine probably won't be happy at all near redline. Thats boost creep. You have spiking, the boost control system probably needs an overhaul or cleaner configuration
