Warranty after a warranty

Hey guys - wasn't quite where to put this but here it is...

Background: ACD was replaced at about 44K - the 100K factory warranty was cut to 50K b/c I'm the second owner...currently at 58K

Issue: Recently, my ACD lights have been coming on at weird times - sometimes on overly bumpy roads, after taking turns aggressively - these two situations primarily...However, when I restart, lights go off, and I'm usually scared off enough to drive safely...I don't even drive that crazy, and the only bad thing I do is probably go past 90 nowandthen...

Question: Now that my warranty is out, is mitsu work covered? I mean, I have a little more than 10K from the replacement, but just wondering if the dealer puts any additional warranties on any work done such as mine...really not in any position to drop in a thundo on replacing it again...

Pls sensitive replies only...we are in a recession afterall

Your best bet is to go to the dealership. You shouldn't have had to replace it after 44k miles but thats probably a different story. If your car is stock I see no problem warranting the ACD. My father got his A046 under warranty I no it's not an ACD and probably a big difference in cost but it is a wearing part. Anything possible...
