Just wait till you stay in traffic. I have one of those. It almost made me walk home and set the car on fire. That F***G clutch only lasts about 5k miles. I baby the F***G thing and the piece of S*** ruined me. I wife love her car and since I put that piece of S*** on it, she refuses to drive the car. F**** Y***** QuarterMaster.

its a trial and error process.. but its easy to get the hang of to not make it chirp

I had a twin Quartermaster in mine, and I was actually very happy with it. A little noisy when starting and on overrun, but excellent on dragracing. Got a little tired of the noise and bought a tripple carbon Carbonetic. It is quieter and smoother, but still noises on overrun, which I think I have to live with. Think it is the unsprung center which causes it.
I feel I could shift faster with the Quartermaster, but it is a little difficult to tell, because I have not driven so much with it yet. Just what I feels...

but i dont drive my car daily so this was the best options for me which actually turned to be best after installing ....
I daily drive my QM daily in Chicago traffic and I got over 15K miles out of this clutch. You said its your wife's evo so clearly she doesn't know how to drive if only lasted 5K miles
Any more input on this clutch? I am looking at this clutch as an option. I currently have a triple non-carbon pull type and I will be upgrading to a triple carbon push type which is some $$ or swapping to QM twin. Any advise is much appreciated.
Anyone know who you can get the rebuild kits through? And the flywheel? I am averaging about 17,000 miles in between rebuilds dd this clutch. I hear DEVO went under so I am not sure who to get the rebuiold kit through now.
I would try MAPerformance. Check with Bill or one of the other guys. Great guys with great deals.
I have the clutch, it is definitely a performance clutch. If you are tired, hungover, or frustrated I wouldn't recommend driving it, haha. Other than that though, it is awesome for the track. I'm so used to the clutch it doesn't make a difference to me. I love it.
