circuit racing Fp V's Garrett

does anyone have any data or experience of 2 similar cars circuit racing (not race prep'd but daily drivers) 1 that runs an Fp turbo between 300-400whp against a garret gt35 ish or even 3076 with around 80whp more.
what would be quicker?
the Fp will have good torque out the corners and the Garretts once going faster straight line?
would stroking have a benefit for both turbo's?

I don't even agree that the Garret 35 or 30 will necessarily be faster straight line. The FP-Red has already proven to make more power and be quicker than the 3076 and the AVERAGE power of the 35 doesn't equal the AVERAGE power of the Red. I would take the RED in every single race.

I'll back up my reasonings with data. I just reviewed our times to distance in my database. Since the post relates to circuit racing and 'out of the corners' I would make the assumption we're talking about lowend power to distance-x. We currently run a variant to the 35, but in the HTA series which has better spool than the standard 35. Out of our BEST 6 runs, the FP-RED has the 2nd and 3rd best times from 0-330'. Out of those same 6 BEST runs, the FP_RED has the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th best runs from 0 - 1/8th mile. These are the best runs out of 73 using the FP_GREEN, FP_RED, FS635 and the FP_3586HTA. The Red can be a killer low-high midrange power.

we need to put the Fp red on the map in the UK / Europe.
"nobody believes". Even with all the US testimonies.
a 10.9 evo8 daily driver in the Uk would do it.
a Tuner sponsored package is needed

We need to ship our car over there and have a 'shootout'. I can only imagine what the cost of shipping a car to the UK would be. It would be fun to do it though. Maybe we can get Robert to spring for the tab, just in the name of advertising of course.

Superlap Battle 2008 Street AWD class the other day had a Red in both number 1 and number 2 slot.

http://www.superlapbattle.com/

Factor X/Robispec Nils Leufven 2004 Mitsubishi EVO8 1:56.672 red
Gates311.com/AMS Ryan Gates 2008 Mitsubishi EVO X 1:56.726 red

Third place was a Garrett GT30 or larger turbo kit on a EVOX from AMS, but I don't know many details on the car.

I can understand why. That coincides exactly with what we've experienced.
