Crank pulley

So my serpentine belt had been squeeking for a little while, but only when it's wet out. Today I decided to look around and see if I could find anything wrong. Well I found a couple, actually I think 3 of 4, of the bolts on the crank pulley were pretty loose and could visibly see the pulley wobbling a little bit while the car's running. I tightened up the bolts and the pulley still wobbles a little bit, but I could feel a bit less vibration. Is it normal for it to wobble a little bit (thinking maybe due to the dampening)? I've never paid any attention to it before. Thanks again!

Just the person I wanted to talk to. Off topic, but I lost my phone at a somebody's house. I just got it back a day or so ago. I got all your messages. Are you going to Kmart tonight?
