There are basic differences in engineering concept and function between some aftermarket LSDs, like the Quaife, and factory LSDs. There are also a variety within the categories, like 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 LSDs, which differ in how much LSD action they provide. The use is also a factor in which LSD would suit your car the best.
