Thumbs down Car Idles then dies

I've searched for about 30 minutes, tinkered with my car and I can't figure it out...

Car starts, idles to about 1600, then dies... I can kind of keep it running with my foot on the gas, but only for about 10-15 seconds.

Car idles fine if I unplug the MAF sensor.

I all I did was go back and take the stock stuff off and replaced it with my ETS intercooler and pipes, and put my Megan Downpipe and Jun BL exhaust back on.

any ideas? This is pretty frustrating.

Thanks in advance.

Edit - I also unhooked the stock boost solenoid and put the AEM Tru Boost back on.

Just brainstorming, but does anyone think I could have not had the DP aligned right when I bolted it up to the turbo?

It's probably throwing a code since you disconnected the maf. Check for other obd codes. You might have to adjust the idle screw. Did you check for boost leaks, when you changed the fmic? There could be numerous things of why its not running. I would go back on everything I changed and make sure they are connected correctly.

I double checked all of the couplers, but I may have to just check them again.

I reset the ECU after taking the sensor off, only reason I took it off was out of curiosity.

Keep the stock BOOST Solenoid plugged in.

If your idles with the MAF unplugged then possible a bad MAF Sensor.

Also can be a bad Throttle Body, TPS sensor.

Who knows. I had a friend who had a similar problem. Car wouldn't idle for nothing. If he reset the battery the car would work for a little then go back to the same scenario.

Just a thought.

Have you thrown any codes or tried driving to see if it throws any codes?

We can rule out bad MAF or you have have thrown a code.
