t-case post

there is another post that someone has said that the red mt90 that i am going to buy, for tranny, t-case, and the rear, is no good for my car and i should use the OEM one. is there any comments about this cause now im re-thinking of buying it. does anyone else have problems with MT90 redline in your t-case? after reading on someone also said that dropping some MT90 redline into the rear diff is bad too. should at most put MT90 in tranny and diaqueen OEM in tcase and rear diff. only; any problems?

ps: i do not drive aggressive but i do have a little fun every once in awhile

DON'T DO IT! Unless you feel like spending upwards of $5k.... If you put the MT90 in your TC and rear diff I guarantee they are finished.

Transaxle takes GL4, TC and rear diff take GL5. OEM Diaqueen is great for TC and rear diff. MT90 is great for tranny. If you live in a colder climate I would run the MTL as it is a little thinner.

Here's a little info from TRE's website.

I have never recommended MT-90 is the rear differential nor do I state that anywhere on my website or in any thread on any forum but using MT-90 in the rear differential sure would be of suspect when it comes to chasing down that noise you have.

I forget what AMS used in mine but I'm pretty sure it wasn't the manual tranny fluid
