Yes. Yours for the low, low price of $439.00 USD, although you don't seem to get the nice seating feature in the ARP's. Apparently that's a $200 opgrade.

Depends on who and what you are doing. Pulling the head because of gaskets, needing to check internals, etc. and not worrying about the studs can be nice. Necessary no, but nice nevertheless.
