Engine viration?? Need advise

Hello, I tried searching but couldnt find anything close the the problem im having. But here it is: I just got done putting my engine in and when im driving from about 2500 rpms all the way up probably to the redline. It makes a really strong vibration. It vibrates the whole car damn near. But i have been shifting around 3 or 3.5 because i dont want to break anything. But i have solid motor mounts but i dont know if it is possible for them to be aligned improperly but i had them in my car the last time the motor was in and it didnt do anything close to what its doing now. But i dont know if it might be something internal or what. But if anyone has any knowledge on this, please give me a hand. Im going to be taking a look at it more tomorrow.
I already checked the exhaust cause i thought that it might be rubbing underneath but its not that. But any help would be appreciated. Thanks

The engine was out to get a new headgasket and headstuds. The headgaket went out and it was under warranty from my machine shop so i took it out so they could also redo the timing cause i didnt want to do the timing and have it mess up on me and void the warranty from the machine shop. If the balance shaft is 180 deg. off all that should be done is getting the timeing redone right? Im pretty sure the balance shaft is still in there cause they didnt mess with the bottom end.

Odd reason to take the motor out of the car. Was the block warped? Typically, a headgasket job only requires the head to be decked. And the timing job can be done on the car.
To do the timing belt, you also have to make sure that the balance belt and oil pump are in the right positions.
Yes, take it back to get it redo.

I took it out so they could check out everything. the reason the headgasket was changed was cause it was leaking oil inbetween the head and block. and i wanted them to check out the front main seal-if it was leaking or not- and i didnt want to get screwed by doing the timing myself and something break and the machine shop not hlp me out. But the only problem with the machine shop is that they will only work on the motor if it is out of the car. and im getting sick of taking the motor out and putting it back in.
Redo the timing belt and check to see if the balance shaft/oil pump gear is in phase. Definitely sounds like someone messed up with the timing belt, and your balance shaft is off balance. I would not run the car too much in this condition. I accidentally did this to one of my DSM's, and the vibration was so bad that it killed all of the balance shaft bearings (found them chewed up in the oil pan) and the balance shaft beat the hell out of the block. Could be dangerous!

Okay i took my timing covers off to see how bad the timing was off before i brought it in to get retimed and i found out that the timing is right on all the marks. So im kinda stuck trying to figure this out. Does anyone have any idea of what else this could be. Thanks.
Just lining up the mark is not sufficient. You can turn the oil pump sprocket till it lines up with its timing mark and you have one chance in six that the balance shaft timing is correct. You gotta remove the plug in the side of the engine and stick in a screwdriver like the manual says to get the front balance shaft in time. This has been fooling professional mechanics for years.

I just got back home and i found out that most of the noise is coming from my driveshaft. And alot of vibration. So prolly this weekend or before then i am going to troubleshoot where this mysterious vibration is coming from. Ill let you guys know what it is when i figure it out. just in case someone else has this problem. I can feel the vibrations from the driveshaft through the trans? but im still unsure. Maybe the driveshaft supports are worn out? Well see.
