i believe that the cometic head gaskit is actually weaker that the oem one. a part like that i wouldnt mind spanding alot of money and buying what the best is just to be safe. i believe its only 50 more for a better one anyway.

DIDYSIS i have a brand new oem metal head gasket, its yours for cheap if you want it (if you determine stock 85mm will work for you)

and i mean the cosworth really isnt that much more $, quality peice, and kind of gives you the peice of mind that you wot have to worry about it in the future.

Here, 1mm= roughly, .040. you bored .020.. don't think you need 86mm.

I have a Cometic headgasket and have zero issues with it. If you are bored over I would think you do a 86mm.

I went with the theory if Cometic was a good choice for older 4g63's why wouldn't it be for newer ones. I had lots of friends use them with no trouble. I really don't believe a headgasket like an HKS or anything will be built 200+ dollars differently then a OEM or more affordable brand.
