Clutch problems

I've been having some clutch problems on my ix lately. At low rpms the car will shake as if the clutch is slipping or something. Lets say your in first gear and you start moving the car slowly, but the car in front steps on the brake again, you clutch in again cause you didnt get the car moving enough, then the car in front starts moving again. Now your rolling and you have to slip the clutch in, when i do that it shakes as if its having a hard time catching. It doesnt do it everytime either so when i take it to the dealer they really dont know what it is casue they cant replicate the problem.
I took it to the dealer to get it looked at since my car is stock. They said that it could be heat spots on the clutch he said. He saids it not worth changing it out until it starts slipping when i am doing pulls and things like that. I wanted to know if that sounds like that could be the cause or not.
Has this happened to anyone else?

uneven wear on the clutch right? did you do anything to get the problem fixed or are you not doing anything about it since it only happens once in a while?
