IV Coils and Wires on an VIII?.....
Will IV coils and wires work on an VIII?......im getting a consistent cutout misfire in every gear when i get on it and this is my last resort....thanks

No, not really. The 9 has a smaller body spark plug and the coil boots and plug wires are designed to fit the smaller plug. I am sure you may be able to squeeze them on but it would not be perfect and may not make ideal contact with the spark plug.
