Question about fuel

I am stuck with 91 octane and want to up the boost.

Would it be safe to run 20 PSI at the strip with larger fule rail, 700 CC injectors, fuel pump, and fuel pressure regulator.

Also if I am adding all this extra fuel. How do I tell the ECU what has been done. What piggy backs work for this? Or is there something else I need to run the above.

Do any boost controllers have the option to tell it that there are bigger injectors?

Also does my MPG go down the tubes or do I need the AFC2 to tune it for 1 setting for daily and 2nd setting for racing?>

One word "SAFC", you need somthing like this or your ECU will adjust most of it out automatically and you will still be too rich in the upper end.
