need some input for 500whp+ results

Hi guys. Right now I'm sitting at 452whp last dyno'd at DB Performance in MN here on their DynoDynamics(heartbreaker) dyno. It's one of the lowest reading dynos in the area. Currently 530ish whp on a dynojet. I want to be able to break the 500whp mark on this DDdyno which would ultimately send me into the 10's with a better driver than me. My mods as it sits right now...

Engine:
GSC S2 cams
Buschur dual valvespring kit
Ferrea +1mm intake/exhaust valves
Ferrea valve guides
Ferrea valve seals
Wiseco +0.020 forged pistons
Eagle forged rods
Eagle forged crank
ARP headstuds/rod bolts/main studs
GReddy timing/balance shaft belt
Fluidampr
Buschur HTA37R cast manifold kit
12" eBay slimfan
Buschur upper intercooler pipe
TiAL Q 50mm BOV
TiAL 44mm wastegate
ETS 3" intercooler
ETS lower intercooler pipe
Custom 2-piece Spectre 4" intake pipe w/Spectre filter
Hallman Pro manual boost controller
Buschur SCCA Legal cat-back exhaust
Megan downpipe
eBay test pipe
Full Blown Dual Walbro setup
FIC 1600cc injectors
Buschur Mini Battery
SparkTech Basic COP CDI ignition system
GM IAT sensor
AEM 5bar MAP sensor
Hobb 4psi switch (2nd fuel pump)

ECU: AEM EMS last tuned at DBPerformance on E-85 (winter blend e-70)

I'm boosting 29psi and am only using 52% of my injectors. I also have the smallest hotside for this HTA73r (.63) with a cast manifold. I know I could get more power if I tuned on summer blend e-85, went with a tubular manifold and at least a .82 hotside with more boost. I am also planning to do a ported intake manifold, a ported throttlebody and an ETS 4" intercooler. My question is...have I missed a mod that would help me on power? My power goal is for at leat 550whp on the DDdyno with a tune on the summer blend e-85. I've spent a lot of money and time in labor for this build and am not going to give up at 450whp. Thanks for reading my story and I hope you have some advice for me.

i would imagine you should already be there. take it to the track and see what it traps. i know you said you want to break 500 on the DD, but i have seen people with less done and smaller turbo make over 500 on a mustang. good luck to you

Mods isnt everything its all about combination just look at STM's evo stock block head never came off with stock head gasket no porting or nothing basically just bolt ons and a really good tune with some weight loss ran 37psi on a 35r and ran low 10's go to their site STMDSM.com and check out their vids or on youtube. Granted its a shop car but still anything is possible. Also look at AWD Motorsports they ran in the low 10's with a stock turbo with built motor n weight reduction just look around. Good luck

I can share my experience that I have with my car right now I'm at 500whp @28psi on a Low reading Mustang Dyno here in my area using an ETS PT61 turbo kit with e85 on a stock block Evo9 for example 500whp on our dynos traps in the 130+ mph range and with good driving should be a 10sec car

looks like you allready know what to change to get there. If i was you i would sell the HTA37 and get a tubular manifold with a 35r variant, 0.82. But thats just me, good luck.

get off your e70 blend and onto the e85, turn up the boost 3 psi and you should be there.

Based on your best to date time, I would say tires (60ft), power shifting, and the mods you have planned should get you there. How much drag experience do you have? No offense, but with your 121-123 mph trap and decent 60 foot, I would expect at least an 11.4 or even 11.3 for sure.

oops i missed that part...i appreciate your kind words. hopefully i will see you at the rock this year. it seems like they prep the track better on the fun days or for sure a saturday test and tune although it is almost twice as much money to run. the sport compact days are often hard to get good 60's. for an all around street/drag tire, the 255/40-17 toyo RA-1 would probably be my top choice. i got about 10,000 miles with those and had some 1.59 60's and alot in the low to mid 1.6 range. i wish you the best of luck on your goal

I would certainly think you should be trapping a lot higher than 123 with your setup.
