Questions about oil pan

Ok so Iv had my evo IX for about 2 years now and had no problems with it till now. My oil pan is leaking and I dont know why. Everything was fine till I put cosworth 272 cams in..granted I had them in for a couple of weeks and had no leaking problems before I tuned the car for the cams and on that day I tuned is the day the problem started. I have replaced my oil pan with a new OEM pan..used the OEM mitsu silicone sealant and yet this thing STILL LEAKS! While idling the pan doesnt leak but when driven is when the problem begins. I thought it was a bad pan that caused it to leak in the first place but now that I have replaced it I think now maybe oil pressure would be the cause to this but not sure. Does anyone out there have an answer to this mess?? Could it be because of the cams?? HELP!!!

Since the pan is on the bottom any leak above the pan is going to eventually wet the pan. So, I suggest a careful inspection for an oil source above the pan. Also, the oil in the pan is not under pressure unless there is a problem with engine venting.

No piston ring seals perfectly, some combustion gases are always leaking to the crankcase. On a stock setup, when there is manifold vacuum these gases are drawn out of the crankcase by the PCV valve. When under boost the gases, by way of a hose, are fed to the intake. A problem with the PCV valve or a plugged hose will pressurize the crankcase.
