Need Help....Hard to Start and Idle Issues....

Ok guys I have been lurking for a while and reading tons of posts and doing alot of searching....my problems began a few months ago as the weather began to cool off....I began to have a engine stutter every so often at about 3000 RPM...my turbo seperated from the manifold awhile after.....I got everything back together and buttoned up only to realize the stutter was constant at 3000 RPM through every gear....my first thoughts were spark related issues....I replaced spark plugs...I went from BPR7ES to BR8ES and finally my buddy and I cleaned the BPR7ES's and gapped them down to .022.....we cleared the codes that the ecu was throwing which was the cat, random misfire cylinder 3, maf sensor and another sensor code....we fired up my car and it ran awesome....idle better than it had in a while so we took it out and logged some third gear pulls....nothing looked alarming and we were getting a few counts of knock so I turned the boost down a little.....everything was fine for a few weeks until we got some 0 degree weather....I went out to start up my car and it would turn over but my motor would not fire....I have a mini-battery kit so that was the first thing that came to mind....after hooking the charger up to it and trying to jump it it just would not fire....it smelled as if the engine was flooding and smelled heavily of gas....finally after an hour the car fired only to idle at about 100 RPM until it cleared itslef....since then upon start up my car will only idle at about 100 RPM and after about 10 seconds it willl shoot up to normal idle....sometimes it starts up normal.....another side note: since I have owned the car there has been a pretty strong gas/fume odor that one can smell from the inside of the car....
This is just the gist of things....so tonight I changed out the plugs again with some BPR8ES's gapped at .022 and I had the low RPM issue upon start up and I also am still getting some very random engine stutter.....the past month or two I have troubleshot everything from boost leaks, spark, and so on....
