Extremely disappointed with EPM o2 dump
People need to understand that not every car is going to be the same. There is a certain tolerance for how much a car's parts can be off. Space is tight for O2 dumps. EPM can make every dump exactly the same but someone will bound to have problems.
Remy;
I'm sorry you decided to Not call me back from earlier today when we talked about solutions and how I could help you with the fitment problem. When you didn't call me back I thought you had solved the problem, especially when you said you were going to call me back. I'm also sad that rather than call me back you decided to make a post about this. We do make a 100% effort to help our customers solve any and all issues.
We do make these by hand, and also made to order because we always have a backlog of orders as we can't keep up with making them. We do have a jig and do have procedures in place to test fit each and everyone of these before they get put into the box for shipment.
What some of you might not realize is that there are so many variables that go into the O2 Dump and how it fits with other parts. Especially in this case the author of this thread failed to inform everyone that this was a used part, not just the O2 dump being used; but also the Turbo and the JPipe/Turbo outlet. Any number of variables could have happened to affect how each part fits together. The O2 Dump tube could have been damaged and moved out of alignment, as well as the JPipe could also have been moved from it's original position. I have personally witnessed both of these situations with previous customers Evos. And in those cases we worked through those issues and the customers are satisfied.
We try our best to work with our customers, we even help out customers that have bought used EPM O2 Dumps. We are a small business that depends on customer satisfaction and a good word of mouth advertisement.
When everything goes as planned with our Version#1 O2 Dump there is only a 1/4 inch of clearance around the wastegate tube. The JPipe, the LICP, the downpipe, the WG actuator bracket; all surround our wastegate tube. The EPM O2 Dump has the largest wastegate tube(2inches) on the market for a reason and that is because we have shown that our O2 Dump makes power, no other manufacturer has shown publicly data to prove any power gains.
If any one of these parts have been moved or are out of alignment for any reason there will fitment issues. When this happens we try our best to help our customers solve and work around these issues. We have never ever left a customer hanging with a problem. If we had there would horror stories. We have sold way over 200 units world wide. There is a reason why we have out sold the competition nearly 100/1.
Remy again; as I told you this morning even though these are all used parts, I will do whatever is needed to make this work. All I need from you is input and some desire to work with me on your problem. As I told you this morning nothing has changed.

EPM have great customer service, really. But this cant solve some mechanical issues.
But I had more problems with my EPM v1.
1) After installing it with stock LICP (yes it was a headache), rubber pipe blown from heat. After few K miles. Solved by installing buschur licp. Metal turbo outlet pipe. But it still has to little clearance and heat air.
2) It touch radiator. IT damaged radiator. Really bad. Good that it doesnt leak still from damage. I road race my car and motor goes all the way front and back... Again I need to pay shop to take turbo out and bent this pipe. Yes this can be made at first time, but why I need to know that when I buy bolt-on part
3) Dump pipe touched ground - bad that is only mine issue imo, because we have winter and drive evos on rally-sprints. Yes our cars are still rally-homologated lol)) Dump pipe damaged a little, and goes a little back. Welds give a leak. So again take out from car and weld it.
Now on final I have dump, that gives HOLLY COW boost creep in winter. 2+ !!! bars on JUST wastegate preload (0.8 bar). With boost control turned off. Im lucky that i have build motor lol

Darwin...thnxx for the kind words. If only any Turbo would not boost creep in sub zero temps...lol...
Remy; as I stated this morning let's figure out a solution to satisfy you. I will promise to do all that I can; as I do with all my customers.
