High Powered Cars Running the T3 .63 AR Hotside??? Please Post in here!!!

I'm going to be doing a build on pump gas and I do not plan on running race gas.. I'm doing something similar to the BR built 500+pump gas cars...

Turbo Choice is going to be the HTA3586 new turbo.. So far I have gotten biased results of whether or not to go with a .63 or .82 AR Housing..

Some say that the .63 will choke up on this setup, others say it is fine and will obviously offer better spool, tq, and low end power for the street.. This is a 100 percent daily driver/street car.. so I want great spool and low end power..

Please post up what kind of high power that you have made on the .63 and at what point it "choked." I would appreciate it!!!

your tuner should be able to give you all the information you need as he has been with both housings, daily drives the car, and does a good bit on the street

My tuner made ~617 in DLL (highest) on 93 octane with HTA3582 w/.63 Housing and ~630 in DLL (highest) on 93 with HTA3586 w/.82 housing... Therefore he is unable to know for sure if the .63 will choke up the HTA3586 .. since it is a much bigger wheel... FP says that after 550awhp the .63 is choked up .. and is especially choked up with the .63 on the hta3586..

I need more results from high hp cars with the .63 to see when it truly is choked.. FP has no actual evidence for me to show proof....

prob anything over 35 lbs...the .82 will pull away up top...

that said i went with a .63 on my hta3582...not on the car yet...i also will rarely use race gas and dd my car...so it all depends how much lag...is too much.
