ARC Box and Fujitsubo Exhaust

Will there be gains if I would get the ARC box and the Fujitsubo Legalis R exhaust. Do I have to tune it to make it make power? suggestions please!

Thanks

only a few people have the ARC box so far, I don;t think anyone has dynoed it yet, but they do yeild decent gains on other cars we use them on.

The Fujitsubo is a great exhaust - we have sold a few so far (they bought the downpipe too), and all remarked how smooth and linear the power was - very noticeable gain over stock (as you would expect with a turbo back exhaust), but very very quiet, which is nice. I drove a local customers car last week with the exhaust, and was amazed - much faster than a std Evo .

Downsides - length is not pefect, as the exhaust is technically for a 7 not an 8 (this local customer solved that by swapping to an Evo 7 rear bumper), and you must weld a bung for the 02 sensor (or fit a test pipe that incorporates the bung, like the Ultimate Racing one, which we offer

Adam,

Just found out that ARC makes a TI cat back and very pricy but I agree you get what you pay for. If I was to order that cat back From you were can i get a bung welded on for the rear o2. And also will the EVO VII bumper fit with out modication?

Thanks
Eric

Eric - It was good talking with you yesterday. I am sure you can find someone to weld Ti - however I myself am not sure if you can weld the stainless bung you would use for an 02 sensor to Ti - never tried it before!

However, there are a couple options for you - I would probably recommend fitting either the test pipe or high flow cat made by Ultimate racing (we sell em). Have not seen the cat in hand yet, but the test pipe does accept the stock 02 sensor, and they guarantee no CE light....fromt he design it is very easy to see why, and it fits and looks great (and is cheap at around $75!)

Thanks Adam!

That sounds like a plan. I'm still looking for a pic of the exhaust with it on the car. I wanna see if it clears the USDM bumper like some of the Fuijtobro do.

Yet again thank you for your help and sharing your knowlage.

Eric
