Boost Creep!!!! help

ok so im not a newbie by any means but i just cant figure out what is causing my boost creep, i have a Hallman Pro RX with the in-cabin control, now i tookt he barbs off and replaced the o-rings cause they looked a little beat up, im running a Forge WGA and a FP WR8 turbo with an ebay O2 housing, now i ported the sh|t out of that O2 housing so i know its not that and ive tryed other o2 housings, same thing, now i did the upgrade from stock turbo and WGA and O2 housing to this setup all at once and it wasnt there when i first put it in but now its getting annoying, if i set the boost controller to 21psi it will hit like 17-18psi quickly but then slowly creep up to the 21psi by 7k, now if i set it to like 23psi it still does that 17psi-18psi then creeps up to 23psi

its getting to me, and its really annoying cause the initial you know "hit" of boost kicking in isnt as hard hitting as it used to be

any ideas? i mean i kno MBCs can get stuck this time of year in the cold, but last time i took the barbs out i rocked sum WD40 in there and twisted it all the way in then all the way out, but still no results

bypass the MBC and run straight off the wastgate (about 17psi) if it doesnt do it then its the MBC.

Try eliminating the MBC from the equation by running a hose directly from your WGA nipple to the nipple on the compressor housing discharge tube. Then incrementally raise the boost level by rotatinng the turnbuckle on the actuator rod inward.

maybe the long hoses coming from the boost controller are causing the creep
