New stroker, can I start the car with my old tune?

I will install a new 2.3L motor and I want to know if it is safe to start the car with the previous map. Before the 2.3 I was running a 2.0 plus all the boltons and FP Green. Now I am planning on FP Red. I just want to know if it is safe to start it and then work on the new tune.
Thanks

Better to be safe than sorry. Stay OFF the boost till you get her tuned. Would even be better if you trailered her to her tuning session.
