Another one bite's the dust 850R again.
My buddy's car made 675 on a standard 37R with 499tq at 33lbs. You probably don't have enough timing in your tune. Adding more timing/fuel usually makes more hp then boost does. Haven't you seen plenty of Buschur's cars make 550-600+ on pump gas 30lbs = lots of timing/fuel with little boost

Because they said it looks like something fell in there and messed up the blades, but I don't know how, I saw no debri and I always run with a my K&N filter so it's a mystery to me.

Honestly, if you've blown that many turbos and they are different turbos, I'm guessing you've got a pressure imbalance that puts too much strain on the turbo at that high of boost. The turbine and compressor may be mismatched at that high of pressure or there may be some other restriction causing the problem. Maybe one of the turbo experts can chime in.
Also, ignore any idiot that questions your Ivy tune. Not only is he wrong about that, but it's pretty obvious from his suggestions, he has no idea what he's talking about.

I heard the 6262 flows better in higher boost than the 850R because of the back housing , like I said I heard but not 100% sure I haven't seen a 6262 so I can't say.
I know this the 850R screams for mercy at high boost but it would work better in a lower boost level.

. In general, if additional timing made more power than additional boost, Buschur wouldn't be running 33psi on pump gas.not trying to say sean ivey is bad but I think that's your problem. Might wanna try someone else. You should be able to make 700+ on 30lbs with your setup, and 30lbs wouldn't blow your turbo cause your not maxing the turbo out. 42lbs is pretty much pushing it to the limit
Since you're outing Sean Ivey, you must be the resident tuning expert. Why don't you tune his car?
-To Shark, it might be advantageous to set your car up to log boost against exhaust backpressure. Im willing to bet your backpressure is sky high which is leading to your turbo failure. The turbo does look like you sucked something in, but since this is your 4th blown turbo, I'd start to look elsewhere.

True that , but I didn't find any evidence of anything in the intake the cone was clean and the pipe had no debri in it , just weird something would get sucked in the filter had to be a very big something to cause that damage.
