Light flywheel question

For those of you with any version of a lighter than stock flywheel, did you notice your boost decrease? I had someone a while ago say that since boost is a load based variant the decrease in the flywheel weight could cause you to lose some boost.

If that's the case I can't see it being enough to matter at all. Just curious.

I lost spool up and GAINED 2-3 mpg average due to not being in boost ALL of the time by switching from the Exedy twin to an OE based pressure plate and OE full weight flywheel. Love the Fidanza clutch, hate the heavy flywheel.

I saw nothing but benefits with my 10.8 lb. Competition Clutch (CCI) flywheel.
