bleeding the acd

Can someone confirm that this is the way to do it without using the mitsu dealer tool.

1.turn the key to all the way on but don't turn the car over.
2. open the ACD valve and step on the gas pedal. hold it there, after couple seconds close the valve.

repeat those steps for about 5 times. your acd should be well bleed.

Make sure you check the ACD fluid reservoir constantly and make sure it doesn't run out.

after how many miles you have to service the ACD?!! i got 35,000 miles and hardly use it fluids is about 75% full?!!!
