Catch Can

I just did a DIY catch can and my question is which location is better to put it at. It seems like everyone puts the catch can on the driver side of the valve cover that goes to the intake pipe. Is there a reason for this? I was going to put my catch can in the back passenger side of the engine because it seems like Im having a problem with my crankcase pressure in that area. Does it matter which pcv valve I put it on?

There is only one PCV valve. You can attach the can to the PCV side or the breather side or you can do both. Either do a 2-can setup or have both lines go into one can and block up the intake manifold port that the PCV valve vents to. I did the latter. If I had to choose one side it would be the PCV side because you get more blowby from that side.

Tee'd both ends into 1 can.

The drivers side catch of mine condences no more than one drop of oil every two or three months. The PVC side on the other hand collects about 5ml/week. Do the PVC side catch since thats downstream the flow of CC vapor 95% of the time. The drivers side only vents CC into MAF stream under boost. When not boosted it just supplies MAF metered/filtered air into crankcase and out PVCC check valve through catch then back into charge for combusting.
