What is the best intake filter to use with fp red to help get the most power out of the turbo? I currently have a hks racing suction kit on my car.

I would say the perrin unit. I changed out my Apexi for the Perrin for the same reason.
I will be getting tuned this Weekend. (Fp Red on E85 30psi)

I hate to play devil's advocate but that test didn't really prove anything. The test should have been conducted on a car running an AEM or something that didn't have the MAF affecting the outcome. According to that test you lost power by running no filter which proves the test invalid. Did we learn something from the testing? Sure, if you are on stock ECU running a MAF and are tuned for one filter, keep it.
