Stalling problem- help!

hey peeps, so i just installed the whole ETS intercooling pipping and intake kit on my 03 evo 8_badass!

-before hand, i installed the licp and the car ran fine- now that i finished it off it stalls out almost everytime i come to a light with out down****ing through each gear-once i stop the cars vacuum jumps up to like neg 15-16

- my boost gauge is reading negative17 vacuum at idle- wich its usually at 20
- i was told this is do to running to lean

-now the stock intake on the evo had 2 vacuum lines a think one and thin , the ets pipe only came with the thick fiting so i made my own( drilled a whole and put on in the intake)

-issues

1. car stalls at stops
2. i cant get full throttle past 5k or my car just stops it self

ive been told either i should check my piping connections or maybe T off another vacuum line

HELP PLEASE

-Boost Leak?- Check all of your couplers you put on, sounds like a boost leak for me.
-Check every vacuum line, you may have missed one or maybe one popped off
-Check if the clip for the MAF is on all the way

Note: You ll also need a tune, the car will not run right with an intake..etc without a tune. Your probably knocking and get boost cut up there.

Well, even so your probably just losing power with out a tune.

check the vacuum lines on the intake pipe itself, there should be a big one from valve cover to intake pipe, and the other vacuum line should be underneath the intake pipe for your stock BCS, depending on which boost controller ur running either hook it up, or cap it off.....good luck

Most likely have a boost leak causing you to hit fuel cut. If you don't have a boost leak tester, make one. It's quick and easy. If you don't wanna go through all that then remove the piping and reinstall it carefully and make sure the clamps are tight. When you added the small vac nipple to the intake how did you seal it? Your probably getting air sucked in through there causing lean condition for the un metered air if not sealed properly. That unmetered air could cause the car to run lean and cause you to hit fuel cut, it could also be the source of the stalling issue.
