Installing a set of cam gears-- dont have the spec sheet-- for the Evo VIII, to advance the cam timing to say +3 in the intake--which way do you turn the cam--I assumed to the rt to advance, left to retard..? That would be moving the timing marks to the rt of the 0 on the gear.. pls advise

 

Left side of 0 is advanced
Right side of 0 is retarded
