what else could it be? Dropped the turbo? What does not boosting mean? You're hitting 0psi? 3-4psi? 10psi? You're running vacuum? Boost leak test, how'd it go?

When the two bolts broke on your turbo and you then drove over to your buddy's house, what did you then proceed to do? Did you loosen the two bolts that were actually holding the turbo onto the manifold and then install the two new bolts, finger tighten all 4 down and then incrementally tighten them all in a crisscross pattern with a torque wrench?

Probably just a boost leak somewhere.

Yeah I took the turbo out cleaned out all the holes and just put a nut and bolt on each hole with a lock washer. Its easier than dealing with threads that get hot and cool down all the time so i wont have the problem again. boost leak test today to see if its that also but so far after re tightening all the connections i have everything is tight and in good order.

Try running a section of 4mm hose directly from the nipple on top of the WG actuator to the nipple on the compressor housing discharge tube( J-Tube). Now, remove the cotter pin from the WG pivot arm, pry the actuator rod off of the pivot arm, and increase boost by rotating the turnbuckle on the end of the actuator rod inward, which effectively shortens the length of the actuator rod. This should incrementally increase your boost, roughly by one PSI for each complete 360* rotation of the turnbuckle. Start off by giving it 3 full turns just for kicks.

well wired in a universal O2 today and it got rid of my check engine light and idles alot better. I also shows it is building more boost and definitly got faster but not as fast as before. So I did a boost leak test and everything was fine except for some reason where my bov goes onto my ic pipe it was leaking out the bottom. its a buschur up pipe and it had like 2 threads for the flange and seems weird why it wouldnt just be welded on. but anyway its still leaking a little but i dont understand if it was leaking before why would it make a difference now? Im hoping that leak will fix the problem.
