Follow the instruction above coz u hooked it up wrong. The bottom of the mbc needs to go to a vacuum source.

Rerouted the BC to the intake/bov line, still the same results except now the car stalls after a few seconds of putting it in 2nd.

You said you capped the wastegate actuator, then one sentence later you said yout put the line from the side to the wastegate...which is it? Something didn't get hooked up right. You have thousands of people on this forum who have used the diagram provided with the same good result. Something is loose or it's connected backwards. Did you do the boost leak test?

I capped the turbo waste gate actuator, and fed the new line from the waste gate itself to the side of the bc.

I just took out the mbc and reconnected all the lines, still bogs when attempting to get any boost.

You are describing all the symptoms of a major boost leak, but keep saying you don't have a boost leak. Did you actually check? If your car is stalling and building no boost at all, it has nothing to do with the MBC. Also, the waste gate actuator is the part you have your MBC connected to. The thing you capped is called the boost control solenoid.

Do a boost leak check. Fix the leak. Drive car. Have fun.

This is a bit confusing because the part labeled as "Turbo Wastegate Actuator" is actually the boost control solenoid. Also, there is absolutely nothing wrong with connecting the bottom of the MBC to the turbo and the side to the WGA. I actually prefer this method as it reduces the possibility of the MBC interfering with the proper function of the BOV.

if there is a thump at wot probably around 4k-5k then you are probably hitting your boost cut. you have to raise it so that you will not hit boost cut. also you would probably need to change your halman mbc spring to the stiff spring which should be included there.

Just did a home made boost test, and if I did it correctly there is no boost leak.
